3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
24 Ritz crackers
Beat egg whites till fluffy and white with mixer, adding a little sugar at a time. Add baking powder and vanilla and beat in. Fold in crackers and pecans gently. Butter pie dish and pour mix in. Bake 325F; 20-25 minutes.
